HeLP!!!!! Voice Cat3 terminate with RJ11 and RJ45

any one know the Pin assignment for the Cat 3 when you want 1 end with RJ11 and other with RJ 45?? I need to know ASAP,.. One of my client need make about 15 of this. but I dont remember the pin assignment for it..

This page has a detailed diagram of the paring order for cat5 to a RJ45. Cat3 is the same color coding with out the outside pair, (being 3/RJ-45 or RJ-14, for 2 Pair/RJ-11 use the inside two pairs).
This page even has a cross-over chart for old solid color wires two the newer standard.
