I dont know if this is where this post is supposed to be, but I have an Asus Z70V and I downloaded PCMark04 from MajorGeeks.com and My Mcaffee caught a virus, well even though it caught it something is definitley wrong. For one I cant remove PCMark from my computer, ive tried using control panels remove programs, Tune Up Utilites 2006 has a removal tool that only locked the computer up also, and I tried using my shredder to manually delete the file in program files only to lock the computer up. I have ran all of my scanners such as Spybot S&D, AdWare SE, Avert Stinger, W32 worm blaster and I have used all the tools in Tune up 06 such as disk cleaner, tune up, registry cleaner, registy defragger, EVERYTHING I know, BUT I didnt do this in safe mode, I dont know exactly how to set that up in my Bios, but should I even do that? What should I do? ALSO I forgot to mention what happens, well for one my Firefox browser pops up all by itself and goes to various casino pages, and I dont use that as my browser, I use Maxthon. Also while im on maxthon some search page pops up and the page is blank. Everything with this computer has been running soooooo good and now this happens. Also I tried a system restore too,,,no luck.HELP..
