help! video is messed up

all of a sudden my games stopped working. done can detect a video card or something like that. my scrolling is real slow, something's up with my card or drivers. i tried reinstalling drivers off the cd and that didnt work, then i tired downloading new ones off ati.com, and that didnt work either. now i can barely run anything. im on winxp home with a sapphire radeon 9600 non pro. i enabled the 2nd monitor function of my svideo out port to watch stuff on my tv, then when i disabled it my games started acting up. any ideas on what to do?
 
make sure you have your moniter as primary and stuff, and totally uninstall all drivers and then get the cat. 4.2's
