Hi all.. so built up a new computer... finally got all working (no thanks to gigabyte).... But the one last problem im having is -- i CANT get usb sound to play out of the computer... Its a cheap heatset-- huhd 399b--- but it does work on my other computer no problems..

1. i can see the headset show fine in my audio playback list
2. i tested the headset on another computer and it worked fine
3. updated bios to make sure there were no problems there...
4. updated usb drivers to make sure no problem there.
5. updated realtek software even though i dont think usb headphone/speakers would use that-- but updated none the less..
6. Disabled all other speaker options in the playback list..
7. when i test the headset through the playback list it shows that sound is coming throught the headset-- yet-- no sound..

Any other ideas?

(rant)just want to say--- ONCE again, punished for using gigabyte!!!!!!!!!!!(/rant)

Nothing wrong with Gigabyte.

Did you make sure the the sound device is set as default? (even though you disabled all else)
Are you trying to use Kernel Streaming, WASAPI or some other non Windows default output method?
What software are you playing from?
Did you explicitly set the audio output device in the software?
