This is what I have:

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-965p-DQ6 version 1.0 with F11 BIOS
RAM: one G.SKILL 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
intel E6600
Windows XP
Lots of gigs of empty space

All of a sudden, my computer is slow as hell.
I start looking around and find out that for some reason my RAM command rate is 2T. WHat happened??
I tried going into the BIOS to fix it and I don't see any options for it (I tired the CTRL+F1 and everything, and there is nothing about command rate).
I did not install any new hardware, did not tincker with any old hardware, and did not install/uninstal/modify any software. The problem happened before I updated all my BIOS, chipset, drivers, etc. I scanned my computer for viruses, etc.
The only thing that I can remember doing is hooking up a Buffalo Tech Wireless Router around the time it happend.

How do I change it back to 1T?, and if I can't, how do i make my computer run at normal speeds again ( I can't even play movies w/o it stuttering/slurring).

Thanks
