[Help] SSO log in issues

I don't know if this is the right board so apologies in advance if it's not.

I've been using a company website for about 5 years now. It is set as my homepage in Internet Explorer (have to use it) and a few weeks ago when I go to log in it gives me the following error. My bookmark also stopped working. I believe it has something to do with SSO being added to the URL - which it wasn't there before. Can anything be done? I've tried clearing cookies and log in info. Imported old (previously working) bookmarks. SSO remains.

I have to Google the website every time I go to log in. IT just told me to log in via private-browsing.

If you have an IT team, why not reach out to them for help with this? There's so many reasons this could be, it's impossible to determine.

That was their reply. Clear the cookies, saved login info and if that didn't work to log in via private browsing.

So, reach back out to them and tell them it's still not working?
