Help running 1T

I've got G.SKILL 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory.

I have it running 5 5 5 15 at 1.9volts and I try to manually set it at command rate 1 but on cpu-z it shows 2T. I don't know if its possible so looking for help. Vista scores my memory at 5.6 so looking to increase it.

Don't take Vista performance scores even remotely serious.

Your not going to run 1T on Intel chipsets.
