(Help) resetting a dgs-3224tgr to factory settings

Hell I just bought a dlinkdgs-3224tgr switch and the company did not reset it before they sold it to me so now I am locked out of it I have tried to google any info for resetting it but you have to be logged in does anyone have any idea how to reset this switch?

Well after about 10 hrs looking I finally found info on how do reset it on another switch that worked for mine as well for anyone having a problem with the DGS-3XXX models needing to reset them to factory settings do the following.

connect your switch to your computer and set it up for the basic 9600 for the CLI

once you see the switch starting to boot displaying the ...

Please wait, loading runtime image..................... 00%

hit SHIFT + 3 ( not NUM 3)

It will then ask to reset to factory settings.

NOTE if you hit Shift + 3 during the post it will only give you a shorter menu to flash new images onto it
