Seems I've been infected with the Win32Agent.pz virus wsnpoem. Really fucking me up quite a bit and I really dont know how to remove it :( Spybot cant get rid of it and if I try to delete it manually (even in safe mode) it says its being used by a process.
Could someone help me out? Add me on msn or something and talk me through removing it?

free av scan through trendmicro.com - might want to try that first.

Virus starting to fuck me up quite a bit :(
Cant install AVG or nod for some reason and avast picked up some stuff to do with it but not all. The file wsnpoem is hidden but doesnt come up when show hidden files is checked, u have to type the path in to get to it. This means avast cant scan there and when I do ask it to scan it by right clicking it says it cant because its in use :(

Give AntiVir free a try....it's one of the few that can rival..even beat...Kaspserky in detection rates. Actually, the only one.

Also MalwareBytes
SuperAntispyware

Use 'Unlocker'. It's a badass program. You install it, right click on the file, click on unlock, then it shows the bad file, I recommend unlocking rather than strait deleting, then manually deleting it. It forces processes to give up files. You may kill explorer in the processes (just don't delete it), then reboot.
