Help recommend an LCD for *Gaming* sub 200$??

Absolutely needing to replace my 19" LCD 2ms CHIMEI screen for something bigger but really need to stay under the 200$ limit. Im looking for something 2-3ms, and great for gaming (No ghosting) I've searched newegg and came up with a few decent choices 1 of which being an acer model, but looking to see what you all think is best for this budget... Can you help please?? Thanks

Edit: The 2/3ms reponse times you see advertised on most monitors aren't really accurate. most are still 5ms+ anyway..

I do not recommend glossy LEDS for gaming since they tend to reflect your own image in them, you won't notice this much however until light hits your screen.
If you find a matte LED, it will be fine but be sure to get one with good colors. Even then LED's are a bit more expensive.
