Help. Realtek audio driver on mini itx board only produce sounds on 1 of 2 front speakers

As the title said I have a Asus X570 mini ITX board and the realtek onboard sounds will only produce sound on 1 out of 2 speakers. It used to work even though one side was louder than the other. Now sound only comes out of one of two front speakers. I have donwloaded the latest driver from asus webpage and still no changes. The cables and speakers are working fine. Help please!
