HELP! Rampage Formula Will Not Post

I just received my Rampage Formula and I am starting the initial setup. I am using a Q6700 CPU, 2 X 2 GB DDR28000, and a 9800 GTX for now until I am sure the motherboard posts.

Upon powering up the system (using 750W PSU), all the lights on the board light up and the LCD poster doesn't say anything beyond CPU INIT.

I thought it might be the memory until I removed them and tried to power the system on again. It still did not post and there are no warning beeps that go off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
8 pin power connector? Is the Mem compatible with the board-- try another set of mem to make sure; other than that I can't really help ya
 
I think mine did the same thing, i clicked the CMOS button or something on the mobo and it fixed it for me
 
I just reseated everything and used the CMOS button. It did post this time. I will keep this updated as I go. At first every single light came up initially but after plugging each thing in one at a time...it did start working.
