Help purchasing 27-28 LCD

Hey all,

I'm looking for a really good 27-28in LCD (LED back lite) display for heavy gaming as well as heavy web design and photo manipulation work. I currently have a shotty Hans-G 28 inch I got on the cheap, however whenever I do actual "work" I have to move over to my Samsung 22 inch with a much better accurate color representation (even though not perfect). Do you guys have any good recommendations for me, thanks.
 
Arguably, there is no such thing as a really good LCD for both heavy gaming and heavy color critical work. Let alone in that size and LED backlit too. You'll have to decide what's more important to you. How much are you willing to spend?
 
Well, a CRT would meet his needs, but they only go up to 24".

Otherwise, just something IPS. Dell U2711H if possible.
