How to mod 12v,3.3v,5v my PSU ENLIGHT 400 W

what do I need to get 12,5v, 3.5v ,5.5v

You would have to take it apart and see if there are "trim pots" inside the unit. If so you would need a voltmeter to make those fine adjustments.
