Help plz, computer wouldnt turn on!!!

I just bought a r9 Fury for upgrading my old computer. But when i install it, the computer doesnt turn on(like it just make a littlebit of noise and shut off imidiately), the card is normal(i tested on my other computer).
my computer is alienware r1 aroura and i change the power supply to dell H1000e-01.

Another multi rail Dell unit? You're gonna have to check the label to figure out the rail setup.

yeah, but this is a difference powersupply, my cousin said that he change it years ago. and the powersupply is bigger than normal powersupply
