Help Please

Hi,

I'd like to attempt my first water cooled PC. I'm really new to this and so I'm looking for some advice. First of all, I've ordered my pc parts and my new case. My case is:

Lian Li PC2100 PLUS. It's a fairly big case, with quite a bit of space down the bottom of it.

My setup consists of an Asus Maximus Formula, E8400 Wolfdale 3.0Ghz, 8800GTS OC 512Mb and 4GB XMS2 Dominators.

Basically I'm hoping to narrow down my options for watercooling this setup. Would it be possible to have all the watercooling stuff like the radiator on the inside of the pc? Or would an external one be better?

If anyone can give me any tips on what kind of kits i could buy I'd really appreciate it, since I'm kind of overwhelmed by whats on offer

My budget is pretty much unlimited. I'm not really worried about cost as long as I buy a good system which can last me the next few years.

I'm definitely hoping to do an internal build given the extra room I have in this box, so I can't wait for some suggestions

it is so easy to keep things internal there is no excuse for an ugly sloppy external radiator setup

That setup is indeed nice. I'm a little worried buying all the parts separately since I've never put anything together like this before. What's the difficulty curve like? Are there other alternatives?

Eitherway, what you posted there is exactly what I want. There is a problem with that GPU waterblock though, it says: "(Note: Not compatible with G92 8800GTS 512MB)", which is the card I have. Is there another you can recommend?

You might have better luck going to Jab-Tech.com and buying those parts, Petra's seems to be out of stock with a lot of it.

As for buying the parts separately, there's no other alternative if you want a good loop. The difficulty curve is fairly exponential at first, but after you get the loop in, it deadens out almost flat.

Just choose everything with 1/2" barbs (if you have the option), and add all that to your cart. Then, go to Home Depot and buy about 15 "Worm Drive Clamps" of the appropriate size (I believe they're 1/2" to 1 1/4" but I could be mistaken) from the plumbing section.
