HELP! Please...DCOM got error

So I recently built my new system and I'm getting these random BSODs..either IRQL less than or equal and/or srv.sys errors. They appear out of nowhere, several times playing video games (GTA, CS) and once while trying to watch a DVD. If someone could take a look and see what may be the cause of this that would be great!

Here's the error I get according to the WIndows Event log:
DCOM got error "The service database is locked. " attempting to start the service netman with arguments "" in order to run the server:
(Then it shows a bunch of numbers and letters)


Current SYstem SPecs(non-overclocked!)
MSI NEO2 Platinum nf3 board with latest 1.b bios
AMD64 Venice 3200+
1 gig of Ballistix ram
Sound Blaster AUdigy ZS
250gb pata maxtor drive
74gb WD Raptor drive SATA
Antec Neopower 480W
Latest window updates on Win XP and nvidia drivers
