Help Please, 2 HDD = Lag HELP!

Ok, i have one Seagate 160GB Sata hdd and a Seagate 200GB UATA hdd... and for some reason, when i plug both of them up, it lags my system horribly. it's not my powersupply, i've tested it by plugging in only the molex into my 200Gb. There's nothing wrong with my 160, it runs fine without the 200 plugged up on the mobo. Something seems to be conflicting because when i try to load up my 160, i change my priorities in Bios then i boot up, and it takes forever to do anything. load up alone for XP on my 160 is approximately 5-10 minutes. My 200Gb has nothing on it. can anyone help me?
