Help picking which graphics to go with

Hey everyone, i am going to upgrade my graphics card in a few days and i am stuck on which one of these 2 cards to get:

I don't care about the 10 bucks price difference or the Dirt 2 coupon, which one would you guys chose?

i'd say go with the asus card for the warranty and customer support. but that also depends on if you have the room for that huge heatsink.

They're pretty much identical except the Asus has 3 years warranty rather than 2 years so yeah, I would say get that.

All the above besides the ASUS one has 10mhz more core clock!!!!
