Helping a buddy piece together a build and we are barely hitting our budget.. got 50$ to work with and need a case with good air flow.. his setup will have a 4690k possibly overclocked and an R9 290.

at those prices, I personally like these two..

Sentey GS-6008

Apevia X-Sniper 2

i've built a lot of machines for some clients and they perform very decent.. with good intake airflow more than enough to keep a modern hot rig at good temps..

The next PC I build (for my wife), will probably be in one of these, I've always liked the look of the Fractal Define cases. It's a touch over $100, but still a very nice case IMO.

I recently did a build in one of these

For a cheaper case, I really liked it. I had to put a small bend in the top of the heatpipe tips to make the door fit on there smoothly. If the case would have been 1/4" wider, it would have been perfect for that hyper 212. I put 2x 120mm fans on the front, and the airflow seems pretty good in there. Here's a couple pics.

For a slightly bigger case, I built my kids a couple of rigs in these

They don't really have a "gamer" look to them, but are pretty decent cases. Plenty of room in there for the price. Air flow seems pretty decent with the included fans.

Yeah, guess I should have mentioned we used a MicroATX board.. we ended up with a Fractal Mid tower which I have used in the past and really liked.

There are some new Rosewill cases, just worth noting. Might be too soon to buy.

Challenger S
Viper Z
Neutron Black Mini-ITX
Star Predator

This is just some of the ones I thought you might be interested in for the build.

Except that I cannot recommend the Antec case that you limked to at all (at least not with such a higher-end GPU): That case is cramped on the inside, from rear to front (in fact, the motherboard area can barely accommodate a standard 9.6-inch deep ATX motherboard) - in fact, the R9 290 will not fit inside that case at all because that card is a whopping 11 to 12 inches long (there is only 9.5 inches of room from front to rear even with no hard drive installed, and the hard drive cage is permanently fixed). Worse, it uses a hard drive layout that obstructs some or all of the motherboard's expansion slots so much that the maximum length of a permissible card is restricted to only 7.5 inches long if a hard drive is installed in such a position. And that's not to mention the tear-off expansion card slot covers that typically signifies that the case is of relatively low quality.

Id consider a cooler master haf 912.. I know its an oldie but its cheap and works great! I think they sell for around 30 bucks now.

i MEAN i can list more and more for you but your best bet is to just go to new egg and select the 25 - 50 dollar range and pick which one you liek best. I would stick with Corsair, Coolermaster, Thermaltake, NXZT, Silverstone, Rosewill, and I have heard a lot of good things of Xigmatek,,
