Help pick between 2 tv's

I got the ok to buy a new TV from my wife to replace my dieing 52" projection tv but i have to keep the cost low. Ive narrowed my search to 2 different tv's

between the two of them after taxes and shipping is considered The first one from dell is $140 more but seems to be nicer.

Ill be watching blu-ray and some HD shows but alot of my tv will be SD as well so i need one thta will make that looks good to.

Ive tried finding reviews on the philips that dell is selling bt it must be a new tv as I cant find much.

I have no personal experience with either tv.
Also i have not read any reviews on these tv's
However the Philips is 120Hz, and the Sharp is older 60Hz
On that alone i would go for the Philips.

However you really should read some reviews or try and see one in person before buying.
