HELP! PC doesn't POST

Hi,

This issue has plagued me ever since I built my PC and it seems totally random. I'll hit the power button, the fans will spin, the mobo will have all the appropriate lights, but it'll just never POST and will sit there.

I will then hold down the power button, turn it off and press it again and it'll POST and boot as normal. This does not happen every time and I really don't know what could cause it.

Mobo: ASUS P755DE-LX
CPU: i7 875K @ Stock
PSU: Corsair HX 1000
RAM: Mushkin DDR3 1333 2 x 4GB - 16GB total
Video: PowerColor 5870
x2 Intel X-25M 80GB SSD's in RAID 0
x4 Intel X-25V 40GB SSDs in RAID 5

Any ideas? I updated my BIOS maybe 2 years ago to try and resolve it, no joy.
