I don't have any personal experience with that motherboard. So i cant give you any exact settings, but the best place to start would be something like this.
Yep, don't mean to be harsh but google is your friend. You're not on the bleeding edge here so your question has very likely been asked and covered before and there should be guides out there in the wild.
My best advice is to take some time to educate yourself. Play around and see how far you can get. I was lucky and found Bill Parrish's guide here on [H] for my motherboard and was off and running. If you get stuck, that's when you come back and try to ask a more specific question.
