Help Overclocking my CPU.

I've researched and read many of forums about overclocking your CPU and I am honestly stuck. I have got no help from MSI on my motherboard and nor does any program help. So I'm hoping someone can help me figure out how to do this. I have checked the bios and can find no CPU Clock setting or anything of that nature. I was told that I should up my FSB by 400 MHz to I assume run my CPU at 3.2GHz. I really need help on how to do it, here are my system specifications.

Processor Intel P4 Northwood 2.80GHz Hyper Threading
Mobo MSI 865GM2-LS MVP
Operating System Windows XP Professional SP2

RAM 1Gb Corsair DDR-400 (PC3200) 2 x 512Mb Dual Channel
Video and Cooling MSI GeForce 6600 256Mb DDR (440/580) with an Antec VCool PCI Slot Card Cooler (Still using Original Heatsink/Fan as well) running Nvidia Forceware 77.77 Drivers

Storage Western Digital 80GB IDE 7200 ATA 100
Audio C-Media 9739A 6CH Xear 3D, 4Q Sound System
