Help overclocking MSI G41M-P34

Hey Guys -

I just switched over my mother board to the MSI G41M-P34 to fit a smaller case of mine. I previously had a dual core process OC from 2.8 to 3.6. When I try to overclock on the new board, despite changing the frequencies and it booting when it loads up it remains un overclocked.

Anyone know anything about the settings for this board and have tips for OC'ing it? I imagine there is some setting that is down throttling it.
