help overclocking an opty 170

so, i'm a total newb when it comes to this stuff...

i have a lanparty ut nf4 ultra-d and an opteron 170 0551upmw

i don't really know too much about overclocking, but i'm trying to learn... i went into bios and went to the genie and the highest fsb i can go to and boot windows and play games stably is 220mhz. i left all the other stuff as default.

can someone please contact me via aim and walk me through this? i just installed watercooling and would like to get up around 2.7ish territory. i just want a kind soul to baby me through this.

you won't have to worry about me signing off and on all the time while you're trying to help me oc because i'll be constantly on aim via my laptop.
