Help Overclocking a GTX 260 216 core

i am a noob when it comes to overclocking.
i have a 260gtx 216 core @ 576/1242/1000 scored 12k on 3dmark
i used rivatuner and overclocked it to 730/1500/1190 and still scored 12k. whats up?
 
Are you positive the overclock is sticking during 3dmark, are you keeping rivatuner running? If you have any other games with in game benchmarks run them stock and then again overclocked.

What are the exact scores you get from each?
