I have an Antec SLK3700-AMB case which I wanna use for watercooling. I need help with some technical issues.
Here are the specs of my pc and watercooling components
- AMD Mobile AthlonXP 2600+ IQYHA Stepping
- Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe
- 512mb Kingston HyperX DDR400 2-3-2-6-1
- 128mb ATI Radeon 9700
(yea I know its not the fastest but that's why I OC)
for watercooling, i purchased the following
Cooltek Liquidfreezer 120mm radiator
Hydor L30 Pump + Asetek Reservoir
Asetek Waterchill Antartica CPU block
now the questions :
1- should I go for a waterblock on gpu and memory together (innovatek coolmatic ati) or buy a waterblock for only gpu, this saves about 45.
2- should i position the radiator inside the case and have the fan blowing towards it from outside the case, or put the fan inside and suck air through the radiator positioned outside.
any other ideas welcome?
3- all the connectors for the Asetek parts I bought are for 8mm interior diameter tubing. is there a way i can find plug in connectors for 10mm interior tubing. is it better this way.
i hope this setup is enough to cool gpu and cpu for decent ocing.
thx for the replies already
