So I unplugged everything yesterday because we were doing some cleaning. We have a laptop hardwired to the router and a couple more laptops that connect wireless. I plugged everything back in the way I had it before and for some reason my computer is giving me the "limited or no connectivity" error.

I can't find the wireless connection either. I tried resetting the router but still not able to connect to configure it. I get a solid power light, steady blinking status light, fast blinking WAN, and wired connection #1 is solid.

I called tech support and the dude from mylasia or wherever went through the same procedures with me again and still no connectivity. Then he told me to update my firmware and I told him I couldn't connect to the router so how was I supposed to do that? He proceeded to give me a confirmation number and said have a nice day, like he fixed my problem.

Are you on a borrowed pc now, or is the net working?

Did you just forget your password, or will the admin page not load?

Check your pc for a diagnostic IP.
Start > Run > CMD (Press Enter, a black box will open)
Type in ipconfig (Press Enter Again)
