I have the following stock setup and would like to know how and what to overclock the CPU and RAM to. Here's the setup:

Intel Core i7-960 3.20GHz
EVGA GeForce 480
EVGA X58 SLI Classified
Corsair DOMINATOR 3x2GB PC3-12800
Corsair 1kW 80+ PSU
100GB OCZ Vertex LE & 3x1TB WD Caviar Black

Cooler Master HAF 932 Case
Scythe MUGEN-2 Rev. B Headsink

Well, you could go 160bclk, 20 uncore/10 mem and add a little voltage. Should get mem at 1600 and CPU to what ever depending on where you set multiplier and core volts. The move bclk up a little to see where the mem tops out at.

I am running corsair 1600cl7 myself (not dominator) at 1750 MHz cl7 profile 1 with no issues at all...
