Been trying the past hour to overclock my i5-2500K to 4.5Ghz. it either fails to boot or gives me a blue screen during the windows load screen. The only things I've changed is

CPU Voltage - 1.25
Turbo Ratio - 45
Internal PPL Overvoltage - Enabled
Speedstep - disabled
C1E - disabled

so anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Need more voltage. Blue screens and failure to boot are usually due to the simple fact that you do not have enough voltage to support those speeds.
