Hey all, wondering if I could get a little help. My buddy has an evga 650ti ssc that he is trying to do a little ocing on. Trouble is, neither Precision X or Afterburner will let him change Power Target. He said he's tried everything he can think of and I don't have much gpu overclocking expertise. Any hints or help he would appreciate.
 
Non boost. Apparently evga is telling him that the power target feature is not available on the 650ti ssc 2gb because it is factory overclocked.....
 
Yeah, I believe that's why. You need the boost version (the one that just came out to compete against the HD 7790.)
