Right now i'm running it at 3.8ghz with 1.3vcore. What settings should I use? My settings are

1.3vcore
20x190
1.6 dram
1.3 qpi/vtt
1.2 ioh

Everything like qpi speed is on auto

Thanks

I can boot into windows @ 4.1/4.0 but the temps are pretty high. (76c Orthos Load) what settings should i lower to decrease my temps? (My air flow is pretty good already)

What is the highest temp a i7 should be? I can get 4.0ghz but its like 81c load

Ok well, 3.8ghz @ 1.2 vcore is around 70c load. 4.0ghz @ 1.3vcore is around 81. is that a decent temp still?

I'm not sure why, but I keep on getting BSOD's @ 4.0ghz when i'm using a lower vcore

PC won't even boot at 4.0ghz now. So confusing.

Currently i'm at 3.9ghz 71 orthos load.

Got it back to 4.0ghz with 1.35 voltage. Temps are around 79c-83c orthos load though.

It won't hurt the CPU with these temps right? because I don't think i'll be using 100% cpu usage when playing games...

Bump. Can someone try and help me get past 4.0ghz? 4.0ghz is rock solid but i can't get past it

Settings are

1.306 voltage
20x200
1.46 vtt
1.140 ioh
1.6 ddr
x6 ram multi
x36 qpi
x13 uncore

Even with 1.4+ voltage I can't seem to post :(

Why do you need to get past it?

4.0 is plenty and after 4.0 you will have to pump abnormal volts thru the cpu. So stick with what you have 4.0 is fast enough you will not notice a diff only in benchmarks and so forth which are all bullshit anyway.
