HELP: no sound!!!

just finished putting everything up, computer seems to run smooth but no sound

mobo: MSI KT3 Ultra 2
s/c: audigy SB 1394

i checked on device manager, multimedia audio controller has ?, and i tried many times to install the driver fromt the CD, not sucessed

what can be wrong?
