HELP: no sound!!!

just finished putting everything up, computer seems to run smooth but no sound

mobo: MSI KT3 Ultra 2
s/c: audigy SB 1394

i checked on device manager, multimedia audio controller has ?, and i tried many times to install the driver fromt the CD, not sucessed

what can be wrong?

Go into the BIOS and disable the onboard sound. Then go to http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/ and run the Auto Update to get the drivers there.

did u install from the device manager or the auto play on the cd?
