I'm looking new 24" tft or bigger monitor. Mainly playing wow, eve, css and some movie randomly
I'm thinking 16:10 monitor as my current monitor is Samsung 226BW.
Price, 500e or below and Europe/Finland for buying place.

Kinda lost and getting more and more lost when i read these forum

I'm happy with my Asus VW266H, which is 25.5" at 1920x1200. Got it for $300 shipped after MIR from Newegg earlier this year. Should still be around $300 or cheaper.

Did you have an predisposition towards TN, PVA, or IPS panels? Or are you looking for the cheapest/best value LCD in your budget?

Its all the same i think as i mainly play fps games and mmo, ofc good pic and stuff is nice but gaming comes first so it need to be little or no lagg screen.

Well, it's not really the same, as there's a big difference between the three, but I guess as you're wanting optimal gaming performance, then I'd have to point you to a TN screen, though finding a 24" one at 1920x1200 is becoming exceedingly rare due to the cheaper-to-make 1920x1080 TN panels that are flooding that market.
