Help needed with P35C MoBo

Had some problems, so I'm thinking I install the newest bios on gigabytes site for (GA-P35C-DS3R) which is F6, but not exactly sure which method and how, I looked at the boards page and didnt see which methods would work, and how. Also, I think it would be best to clear CMOS, how do I do it, and do I do it before or after the new bios installation?
