Where in the hell do i do that o.0

Go to your motherboard manufacturer's website and download the latest revision of the BIOS. Follow their instructions on how to update it, and do so. If you need to reset the CMOS, you can do so by turning off the computer, unplugging the power source, looking on the motherboard for the CMOS jumper (little plastic thingee), taking it off, putting it on the other pins, then putting it back to the original position. Here's a visual diagram:

hypothetical original position:
[ *.##]

hypothetical "reset" position:
[##.*]

After putting it back to the original, put the power back in and turn it on normally. If you need more help on reseting the CMOS, try google.

If he doesn't know how to reset his CMOS, I sure as heck wouldn't be advising him to re-flash his BIOS. He could really bork the board.

Has the system been restarted? Perhaps the setting is temporary and will go away once the system is rebooted. If not, try uninstalling the program from the "Add/Remove Programs" section of the Windows control panel. If that does not work, find your system manual and read on how to reset your computers BIOS to default settings.

Thanks, I knew how to reset cmos =/ lol but i DONT know how to flash bios... sounds familar... like updating a chip or something... But yeah i rebooted it and it went away... but i think my fan's are like dead... i cant hear them at all.... either that or its just fricken cold in my room... (its around 60 in my room, cuz my window is open...) Also i dunno what mobo it is. cuz its a HP comp.... and i will NEVER AGAIN DL Programs that allow me to change fan speed NEVER EVER AGAIN.
