Going 20" instead of 22" will decrease bleeding effects?

It seems most 22" are TN , i don't mind the 2" if i can get a better panel at 20" , can anyone recommend one if they exist?

Please no CRT
or 19x10 LCDs unless you can send me a 9800GX2 :p
