First off, thank you all soooo much for getting me to where I am
Quick update.... I tryed to transfer drives to a new mobo, and re-set them in raid one.
For whatever reason gigabyte rebuilt it so that all the data was dumped onto one drive, so yes it looks as though it is recoverable
But I am scared as hell to lost what I have found
So, all the data is in tact, and I used filescavanger to find it all. Only problem, is I cannot access the drive, since vista wont let me use it till I format (dont worry I wont
)
But what can I do to get all the files out of there? Even if I copy the image to another drive, can I then use the data? Would seagate program allow me to copy it all as an image, and if the other drive was formated could I access it?
BTW does anyone happen to know of a free version of filescavenger, I cannot afford 149 to use the program
Thanks so much for the help in getting me to this point
And further help is just that much more awesome.
I love you [H]ardforum!!! And that is not just the beer talking
