Help Needed Identifying USB chip

Hey everyone, I'm trying to identify the usb chip seen in the picture below. I need one like that for modifying an old console controller to USB. I've found a place that sells kits to modify the controller but they're really pretty pricey.

Thanks to everyone who's looked at the post so far. Please let me know if you've found anything. I've been able to pull an old usb chip from another device, but I'm looking for one on a small pcb like this one.
