I am overclocking from the Bios.

HT frequency
- 200mhz

Memory
- 5:3 DDR 333
- CAS Latency 3.0
- 2T command disabled

CPU
- FSB @ 250mhz
- Multiplier : 10.0
- Stock Voltage (1.5v)
- AGP/PCI Lock enabled
- DDR Voltage - AUTO
- V link stock 2.5v

Sandra 2004 says mem clock speed at 208mhz x 2 (416) or something along those lines.
I do get a warning at end of sandra stating :
- Memory bus speed exceeds memory rated speed, reduce memory bus speed
- Memory bus speed exceeds chipset rated speed, reduce FSB/memory multiplier

With these settings, through the whole 1hr 39min till Prime95 gave me an error, i was @50C max.
Was running the torture test in Prime (one that says max heat tested, some ram)
and got an error after 1.5+hours stating:

Fatal Error: Rounding was 0.5 , expected less than 0.4
Hardware Failure Detected

What settings should be tweaked?
I am a noob to overclocking, but i didn't just guess the bios settings. I did plenty of reading.
I did however make ram adjustments blindly.
Help me out.

Try bumping your DDR volts upto 2.7, maybe bump your CPU volts upto 1.55v. If that doesnt work, you may just have a CPU that cant do 2.5, i dont think your memory should hold you back, although its only rated at 200 and you are at 207.

hmm i raised the ddr volt to 2.7 and it got 1 error after 25minutes.
kept the cpu volt still stock...

what about my memory? its to CAS 3, but i made it that, from cas 2 i believe. is that what it should be at?
here is my ram : link to newegg specs

and what about this :

5:3 DDR 333

i changed it to that from 1:1 i believe. what should it be at?
what will make my error go away
