I got a Centurion 5 case that I'm going to start modding.. I have a few questions..

1. What size Hole Saw adapter do I need to do 80mm Holes and 120mm Holes? I plan to take out the retarded fan holes so I have more airflow.

2. What size fan is good for doing a blow hole up on top? And also is it better to drawn in or push air out that way? I have a dual fan PSU that has a fan in the front and back.

3. As you know the C5 has that metal mesh drive bay covers. Is it worth putting fans in the drive bays to bring more air in? I have 4 5.25" bays open that I dont use. I'm not sure if 80mm fans fit or if I need smaller to mount two. I figure with the drive bay covers on it wont be noticed, plus all the covers are filtered as well.

1.) You answered your own question
2.) It depends on what other fans in your case are doing. If you can't fit 120, do 80.
3.) It depends on what you are running in the computer and how hot it is after doing question #2

Well what I was asking is.. Holesaw's come in inch sizes.. what is the sizes for 120/80mm? I remember some folks having problems finding the exact size hole saw.. Just curious what folks used..

Use onlineconversion.com for converting them. 80 is 3.15" I believe, I don't remember the rest off hand.

Ok..

I have 120mm in the back blowing out and an 80mm in the front blowing in. So I wasnt sure whether to have the blow hole up top blowing in or out..

I'll have to see if I can fit two 80mm fans side by side in 2 5.25" bays.. Hopefully it'll work that way I can have them blowing in.. Prob make the blow hole just blow out.. should create a decent air channel.. Sorta like this..
