help need a new video card

i need a new video card and im stuck in between a few cards, cheap end i can get a 6600GT, can also get a 6800 128mb, or an x800 pro 256mb. im thinking about the last two...it looks to me like the x800pro is generally slower in benchmarks, however it has 256mb compared to the geforce 6800's 128mb. anyone have any advice or links to benchmarks pitting them directly against each other?

Im pretty sure the x800pro is much better than the 6800 non GT. Correct me if im wrong.
