Help! My computer is infected (virus, spyware)

I have no anti-spyware or no anti-virus software on my computer. I know. I'm retarded. :eek:

I have a virus: I get weird emails from random people but in the subject line it will just say random mispelled words with one word that stands out. And that one word will be something like my friends name, or part of the name of a document on my desktop, or something I searching in google. So I think something is on my computer.

Also, I think my computer is infected with spy crap.


What can I download that is FREE that can help me clean my computer?

Spybot would also be another good free spyware removal tool to use in addition to Adaware as discochan suggested.
 
I'll add Microsoft Antispyware to the list of free spyware removal tools.

Also, another Antivir recommendation here for free AV.
 
Ok. I downloaded Ad-Aware SE Personal and found 100 infected files. It says everything is clean now. IS there another program I should use in unison with this?
