help! my center/sub doesnt work! :(

i just downgraded to save up some money for a nice system for xmas.. so anyways, its my first time running my nf7-s with soundstorm and my logitech z5300e.. for some reason, the center/sub doesnt work :( all the other 4 works though but not the center sub.. anyone had this same exact problem?
