Help! Monitor problems

I currently have a 20 inch Dell Ultrasharp that has both DVI and VGA Input. As I only have a VGA cable, I have been using that, along with a VGA to DVI adapter to connect to my 560 Ti 448. After reconnecting it to my computer, which had worked fine for the last week, I got no display. At first I thought it was the Adapter because the display would work fine with my iGPU and my computer always posted. However, after buying a new adapter, the same problem persisted.

The fans on the GPU still spin. What could be causing this? Do I need to RMA it?

Was this the original set up prior to installing the H60? Could be a bad adapter. Can you acquire a DVI cable and bypass the adapter and see if that works?

Did you try the other DVI port? Can you get a DVI cable to use instead of the adapter?
