help, moniter shuts off

I put in my 9600XT into this computer. I went in to change the refresh rate and such for this computer and it goes to power management and shuts off on me.

(13:51:09) (kayjay`A-ob-s-) moniter says
(13:51:14) (kayjay`A-ob-s-) HF 80khz
(13:51:21) (kayjay`A-ob-s-) VF 75 Hz
(13:51:41) (kayjay`A-ob-s-) Then operationg frequency
(13:51:47) (kayjay`A-ob-s-) and says power management
(13:52:07) (kayjay`A-ob-s-) and then gives a time, once it reaches 0 from 15 seconds it goes to standby mode
(13:52:08) (kayjay`A-ob-s-) help

How can I go back to the default settings?
 
Get your machine restarted in "safe mode", then reset to defaults. That should do it ;)
