My damn boss deleted my drives in my computer. How can i get them back or at least copy all my shit back.

First thing: Don't do anything to the drives! If you start trying to write to them or anything else you risk losing your data when it could possibly be recovered. Don't do anything reckless or anything you don't understand, or you risk overwriting data or making it unrecoverable; in particular don't create new partitions or write data to the disk.

How exactly has he deleted them? Has he deleted the partitions? This free tool claims to be able to fix that:
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk

You must run such a tool from something other than the affected drive(s) though, such as by using a LiveCD or boot disk like one on here:
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_Livecd

Alternatively, if that's not the problem, could you explain more about it?

what he did was take away the icons, he put them back after i threatend to tell the COO that he had done so, however i did manage to copy some stuff using command line.

Thanks for your help

Not sure what you mean by taking away the icons.. disregard my stuff earlier about TestDisk, you don't seem to need that. Have the files you use been deleted (for example, thinks that were in your Documents folder have now gone)? Or have the shortcuts on the desktop gone?

With a title such as that, you really should have included the important details to describe what's going on. Your questioning is about as vague as possible. Start with the details of what happened, and we'll go from there.

Sounds like somebody played with the local group policies for hiding drive icons.

Yeah I figured it out because when he went out for lunch i did the same to him. I felt like such an idiot when I figured it out. I was like "How dumb am I and dumb does he think I am."
