Ok first off I this doesn't really have to do much with overclocking but I didn't know where else to post so here it is....

I have been having random reboots with my core 2 duo system in my sig. When I first built it I had no problems at all. I have run orthos on it, wPrime, and memtest on it and it is all stable. Nothing is overclocked. It also does it at random intervals and doesn't seem to be related to heavy use(i.e. gaming).

The problem seems to have started when I put on vista x64 and 4 gigabytes of RAM.

So as far as I can tell it is one of 3 things.....

1. My mobo doesn't like 4X1 sticks of ram at once....but then why would memtest pass?

2. Vista x64 is the problem and I should go back to x86

3. This might be a long shot-Maybe it is shorting out on the case because my standoffs on my mobo are messed up....I don't know

Please ANY help would be greatly appreciated.....It is really frustrating and I would love to get it fixed.

It could be PSU failure or one bad MEM or compability issue with MOBO.
Have you try only with 2 sticks at a time?
Update the latest BIOS?
